Return And Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorization.

Make sure the items are in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

If we have sent you product which is different from what you have ordered and you seek a refund; we will provide you with a return authorization number to return the goods to us.

If you change your mind and seek a refund, we will require you to return the item covering the postage charges. A refund minus original postage charges and a 25% restocking fee will be confirmed once the product has been received, and products have been deemed to be in resalable condition.

If the item is defective, has a major problem, is significantly different from the description or is unsafe, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or be compensated for the drop in value.

If the item has a minor problem, the item will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

EXCHANGES POLICY

If you change your mind, or decide that a device needs to be changed, we will happily exchange the product over for you. But the shipping costs for you to return the product will not be covered, or the additional delivery costs.

WARRANTY POLICY

All warranty claims must be pre-arranged first by contacting us.

If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team via email: info@starboxgadgetscoltd.ph for a Return Authorization.

All refurbished equipment supplied by Reboot IT are covered by the limited warranty which lasts for 90 days and begins on the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s)

The extended limited warranty (at an additional cost) ends 1 year from the order purchase date indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s)

The warranty does cover:

Only items that are specifically described as having a warranty period are covered by the Reboot-IT warranty. Items described as “AS IS or “PARTS ONLY” are excluded from any warranty.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware products sold by Reboot IT on a part-by-part basis.

The warranty does not cover:

Consumable parts of the item being sold (e.g. laptop batteries).

Items damaged in transit.

Defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, lockups, general protection faults or operating system errors.

Compatibility problems – it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item purchased will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems.

Any defects or damage as a result of using this item in a manner other than its intended or customary use.

Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical fluctuations, a spill of food or liquid or any other acts which are not the fault of STARBOX GADGETS LAPTOPS COMPANY LIMITED

Breakage or damage to the casing.

All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.

Consumable components of the item.

Items that have had the serial number removed or made illegible.

Damage resulting from the use of non-standard accessories.

Items which have been damaged in transit on return to STARBOX GADGETS LAPTOPS COMPANY LIMITED

Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state (or jurisdiction to jurisdiction). Reboot IT’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited as outlined in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of the limited warranty period set forth herein. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period has expired. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
